Google Drive is a cloud service from Google that provides an online space
to store all the data that we have such as work files, PDF files, mp3, photos
and video.
Google Drive itself is integrated with Google Docs, where the files that
had been there in Google Docs is automatically stored in Google Drive. The size
of the initial space is provided for free is 5GB and enlarge the space available
options up to 1TB with monthly payment scheme. To obtain a 100GB space, for
example, the fee paid is more expensive than SkyDrive, but even still cheaper
than those offered by Dropbox.
All one can do. You can access your files from anywhere. At home, the
office, or even when you are away from your device, with a cloud-based storage
media.
By storing files on Google Drive, the owner of the file can access files
anytime anywhere using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet computer or
smartphone. And the file can be shared with others to share and also
collaborative editing it.
By using a program made by google, it means the file owner has to have a
back-up file it on the internet so if something happens to the files stored on
your computer or laptop, for example, the file is corrupted or lost or affected
by the virus, or computer / laptop is damaged which caused no can be used, then
the file residing on Google Drive are safe and remain accessible using other
computers connected to the internet.
